The Honors College Ambassadors (HCA) is committed to being an integral part of the recruitment and retention of Honors students. Ambassadors interact with prospective students by helping them discover a genuine perspective of The University of Arizona and have a positive experience along the way. Members of HCA participate in many recruitment activities throughout the academic year including but not limited to:

• hosting visiting students overnight in their residence hall
• giving residence hall tours
• taking a student to class
• participating in student panels
• attending lunch or dinner with prospective students
• visiting high schools

Honors College Ambassadors also engage in many fun activities and events to create a memorable impression on our future Wildcats!

Along with establishing an important connection between prospective students and the University, HCA also encourages networking with University faculty, Honors College staff, and other Honors students. Members have the opportunity to attend social events hosted by HCA and connect with other members. As an Ambassador, you will meet countless diverse and talented individuals and maintain long-lasting friendships while positively influencing the community.

Ambassadors also actively participate in service projects throughout the year.
Volunteering and building the community is a great and enjoyable way to demonstrate the values set forth by the mission and vision of the Honors College. With all these numerous opportunities, being part of HCA is very rewarding and allows you to give back to the UA productively!

We are looking for active, energetic Honors students of all majors who want to be more involved within the Honors community! The Honors College Ambassadors represent the Honors College by promoting the UA to prospective students, providing camaraderie among the Honors community, and also by serving the community through philanthropic activity.
