Officially Joining/Updating your Honors Status

Newly admitted freshman or transfer Honors students are required to officially join Honors during the first 5 weeks of classes. This signifies acceptance of the offer of Honors admission and allows students to keep their Honors benefits. These benefits are outlined in the "benefits" section of this web site. To officially join, students visit the Honors web site and fill out the new student form. Students who do not officially join Honors will lose their Honors status and will need to apply for Honors admission as a current UA student via the nomination process.

All current Honors students are required to update their Honors status once each semester, during the first five weeks of classes. Failure to do so may result in the loss of Honors privileges.
