New freshman and transfer students who apply for admission to the University are automatically considered for Honors admission and scholarships. Qualified students are invited to join Honors; no separate applications are required for Honors College consideration. If you are admissible to The Honors College at the time of your admission to UA, you will receive detailed information about Honors in your admission notification. New, better SAT or ACT scores submitted to UA after the point of admission will automatically generate a second review for Honors College consideration.
