Ann Brandt I was a "non traditional student" at U of AZ, graduating with a BA in English with honors in 1986, then my MA in 1989. I then taught in three different Community Colleges, moving at last to where I now reside: Broomfield, Colorado, just north of Denver. My latest book A Caregiver's Story: Coping With a Loved One's Life-Threatening Illness is now available at all online bookstores. It is intended for all those who have recently been diagnosed with cancer, particularly brain cancer. The information contained in the book is a summary of what I learned while caring for my husband after doctors announced that he would not survive the four large tumors lodged in his brain. One chapter in the book includes a first person account of how he regained his cognitive abilities. I have been told that the book is filled with hope, encouragement, and information.
