- Intended to promote the exchange of knowledge and the sharing of ideas in science and technology between the U.S. and Great Britain
- Provides expenses lasting for up to one year
- Students must demonstrate excellence in mathematics, science or engineering, and be admissible to appropriate programs of study at Churchill College, Cambridge.
- Open graduating seniors and recent graduates between 19 and 26 years of age
