• Designed to enable U.S. students, artists, and other professionals to study or conduct research in over 100 nations and to enjoy opportunities for personal development and cross-cultural interaction for one academic year
• Applicants must have a good rationale for choosing their country and project of application. Some countries of application are more competitive than others, so odds of success vary by country.
• Open to graduating seniors and graduate students who have not lived more than six months in the country applying.
