- Open to students who have a demonstrated record of public and community service, intentions of pursuing careers in government or elsewhere in public service, and strong communication skills and leadership potential
- Provides funding for senior year of undergraduate study and a portion of graduate school
- Students must have an extensive track record of public service and leadership, solid grades, and strong capabilities as an interviewee.
- Open to undergraduate juniors
