I Mentor Because… I know how important having a support system during the transition from high school to college is and I would like to provide some of the same support that I had to others. I want to help my mentees find their place at the university as well as within the Tucson community. Mentoring is also a way to give back to the program that helped me so much during my first year, and it allows me to create a lasting positive impact on others during a time where they are figuring everything out.​​​​​​​
